What is this?

UPSeq turns words into music. Describe what you want to hear — a genre, a mood, a feeling — and AI writes code that plays instantly in your browser. No downloads, no music theory, no setup.

How it works

Describe

Type something like "chill lo-fi beat with vinyl crackle" or "dark ambient drone, very slow".

AI writes code

An AI model reads your prompt and generates Strudel code — a live coding language for music.

Music plays

The code runs in your browser. You hear it immediately. It's live — not a recording, not a render.

Each prompt builds on your session. Say "add a bass line" and it layers one in. Say "make it darker" and the whole piece shifts. You can also edit the code directly.

Browse & remix

The feed shows sessions created by other people. Hit play to listen inline, favourite the ones you like, or remix any session to make it your own. Sign in to save your creations and build a collection.
